LLJ Strategies was founded on a simple observation: local governments and mission-driven organizations are exceptional at serving their communities, but they're often stretched too thin to chase down every grant opportunity — or to manage one once it's won.
With 25 years of experience spanning government, public relations, project management, and grant writing, I've seen both sides of the process up close: the excitement of a town winning a major award, and the scramble that follows when nobody has the bandwidth to track deadlines, file reimbursements, or keep the paperwork in order. Too often, that second part gets overlooked — and it's exactly where hard-won funding is put at risk.
